- Plan some quick healthy go-to meals for during the holiday season. Post them on your refrigerator so you don’t forget!
- Look at your calendar for the holidays and choose the “must do” events and traditions.
- Ask for help if you’re the host of a holiday meal or offer help if you’re just attending.
