We talk about the four tendencies that people fall into for habits and how those affect how well you can change or keep your habits. Those aren’t the only differences that affect your ability to be successful with habits so we chat about other differences such as whether you’re a morning person or a night owl. Finally, we talk about Tiffany’s least favorite topic: loopholes. These are all the reasons you may use to justify not moving forward with a habit or something you want to do.
